the living area is all on one level The sleeping arrangements are: one queen room with ensuite shower, built-ins, access to the deck and a ceiling fan; and one queen room with built-ins and a ceiling fan. There are two loft style single sleeping platforms located in the study above the bookshelves. Please note that these are accessed by ladders. See photos for further information. The house is open plan throughout and has spacious lounge / dining / kitchen area with gas heating. There is also a shared shower bathroom for the second and third rooms, and a laundry adjoining the kitchen.
